How to
find what you want to buy
If you already know what you
want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name into
the search box at the top left of all pages on the
site.
Alternatively, you can use the
main product categories (Books, Bibles, Music, Video/DVD, Software
or Gifts) or the “Search by Interests” section down the
left hand side of each page to access the different product ranges
of interest.
To get more information about a
product, click on the product image or name to see its product
information page.
Add it
to Your Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you
store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the
Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind.
When you find what you want simply click the "Add to Basket"
button.
To see the contents of Your
Basket at any time click the icon at the top right of any
page:
Sign
in
To sign in, click the 'Login'
option at the top of the page. From here you will be taken to the
'sign in' page where you will be able to enter your email address
and password to enter your account. If you haven't logged in before
and are setting up a new account please click the 'Register'
option at the top of the page. From here please follow the
instructions to create an account.
Method
of payment
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa
Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard Switch, Maestro, cheques or postal
orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) as payment. All orders must
be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the
number without spaces or dashes.

receipt of your order and notify you of your order number. Please

Your order will be integrated into our existing automated
sales order process system and despatched from our warehouse in
Carlisle. Once your order has been invoiced, you will receive a
second email to advise that the order is en route. If an item is
unavailable, you will be advised in this email.

I am getting the
message 3d authentication has failed. What should I
do?
You need to check your card details are correct. If after checking the details the authentication still fails then you should contact your card provider. I am getting the 3d secure screen and I think it is a scam. Is this real? This is a genuine screen, we use 3d secure to give protection to our customers. Details about 3d secure can be found on the payment page or you can click on the link below: http://www.wesleyowen.com/WesleyOwenSite/cm/help.htm#payment The site is asking me for an issue number and my card does not have one. What should I do? The site will only request an issue no. for a Maestro card, so unless you have one of these cards you should ignore this request. The site it asking for the start date from my card and my card does not have one. What should I do? We only require a start date for a Maestro card so, unless you have one of these cards you should ignore this request. I have already
entered my card start date/ title but the computer keeps asking me
to enter it. How can I get past this?
If you are using internet explorer, click on Tools, followed by Internet Options, then in the browsing history click Delete. When you have done this refresh the page and continue entering your details. When I go to fill
in my name the ADDRESS LINE 2 is in the NAME field and I can not
overwrite it. How can I get past this?
Your browser font size is too big and needs amending. Go to the page Options (top right hand corner) click on Page and then Text Size and set to Normal or reduce the current text size. I have emailed for a password reminder and never received it. What can I do? Have you checked your junk mail, it may have been sent there? If it is here ensure you select that emails from Wesley Owen are an accept source. If it is not in the Junk mail please try again, if it still does not work contact us and we will investigate further. I believe I have
an account with you and have tried to log in. I am then told the an
account with my email address does not exist. Then when I try to re
register it says I can not as there is already and account with my
email address. What can I do?
You will need to contact us providing your details so we can check our database and get back to you. I have forgotten
my password. What can I do?
Please go to the Forgot Password button on the log in page. A reminder will be sent to your registered email address. I am trying to
add a new payment card and the site will not let me. What do I need
to do?
