This software looks nice but… • The product does not come with any documentation, either in hard or soft copy. • The Help File contains very little information and is more like a sales brochure than a help file. • The product does not always work like a true relational database. For example, congregation members have to be deleted from groups before they are deleted from the database (though the help file makes no mention of this). Updates to congregation members do not come through to the group lists. • Some aspects of the software, such as group locations, do not seem to work at all. • The email option is not easy to set up and is not easy to operate. For example, there is no file dialogue box to help add attachments. Email does not integrate with the likes of Outlook or Outlook Express. • The authors appear to have ceased trading as the online support is not available and there are no valid contact details. Although an updated version of the software is mentioned on the web page, it cannot be obtained. Much of what the software offers can be achieved using the Outlook part of the Microsoft Office package. This is more expensive, but if you already have it I would suggest you invest your money in a good book.
