Harmony In The Heartland is the second of the ever-popular Homecoming Friends series to be recorded at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in the middle of America's Heartland of Indianapolis, Indiana. As ever Bill and Gloria Gaither play host to a collection of friends old and new in front of an enthusiastic and appreciative audience. Among the old friends are Rex Nelon and Glen Payne, who have since gone on to take their places in the heavenly chorus. The newcomers include the Scandinavian songstress who first came to the attention of UK audiences back in the seventies - Evie Tournquist. As usual there's a mixture of solo's, duets, quartets and sing-a-longs involving the entire cast of friends.
